DEEP Tanzania is an officially registered non-profit organization (Registration No. 00NGO/R/2113). Its members work on building everyday peace, which we consider as an ability that can be learned and put into practice. As we believe that poverty, relative deprivation, unemployment, low standard of living, and persistent insecurity are real threats to peace in Tanzania, our key projects address these societal issues. Some of these include creating awareness about economic opportunities, educational and skills enhancement workshops, knowledge sharing programs, capacity building, and community regeneration.
